HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will be provided a tracking receipt from the delivery service that you can use to look online or call through their toll-free number to check the status of your items.
Upon receipt of your items, we will digitally record the opening of the package, along with its contents, for our records. This process is very similar to that used by banks for recording ATM deposit transactions. HOW MUCH ARE MY ITEMS WORTH?
The actual price we pay will be based on the assayed purity (karat) of your pieces, the total weight, and market price on the day the item is received. We generally maintain that the prices we pay are 10% to 20% above what our competitors pay and as much as 50% higher than you would receive from a jeweler or a pawnshop.
Please remember that what you may have paid retail for an item will include the design, manufacture, shipping, and markup of the retailer. All of these costs have been added onto the original cost of your item. We are paying for the precious metal content of your items.
